Directory reuse terms

These terms apply to directory listings, editorial summaries and machine-readable catalogue data published by Visionary Junction. They apply to the current catalogue and to listings added in future.

What Visionary Junction protects

Visionary Junction reserves its rights, to the extent they apply, in its original summaries, schema, selection, arrangement, verification work and directory compilation. Provider names, trade marks, provider-supplied material, underlying products and facts remain subject to their respective owners’ rights.

Reuse with attribution

You may quote, index or republish an individual Visionary Junction listing or a reasonable directory extract only when the reuse keeps a clear source acknowledgement and working link.

Required attribution: Source: Visionary Junction — https://visionaryjunction.ai

Place the attribution close enough to the reused entry that a reader or software client can identify its source.
Link to the entry’s canonical source_listing_url when supplied; otherwise link to https://visionaryjunction.ai.
Machine-readable copies must retain the supplied provenance fields, including source_name, source_url, source_listing_url, attribution_text and license_url.
Do not imply endorsement, partnership or verification beyond what the original entry states, and retain any applicable third-party rights notice.

Bulk or repeated extraction intended to reconstruct a competing directory is not licensed without prior written permission from Visionary Junction.

Submissions

By submitting material, a provider confirms that it has the right to supply it and grants Visionary Junction a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to review, format, publish, distribute, archive and make that material available through the website and machine-readable services. The provider retains ownership of its material.

Limits and exceptions

Nothing in these terms restricts fair dealing, quotation or another use permitted by law. Rights in third-party material are not transferred by these terms. Permission granted here ends for a reuse that breaches these conditions and resumes when the breach is fully corrected.
